PECO Pallets - Port Walthall

PECO Pallets needed to be able to be operational in a tight time frame. In just three months, we put together and executed plan to get them into 4500 sq ft of office space separated into two sections of the warehouse to provide functionality and operability. There are 6 offices, a conference room, 2 break rooms, 2 gang bathrooms and 2, unisex bathrooms and a receiving center in the space.
