Abbott reached out with a need to have a larger, more updated space in Charlottesville, VA. We modified the 5th floor to accept two lab spaces. The whole floor was refreshed with modern finishes including new storefront entrances and large conference rooms. The lighting, electrical, plumbing and HVAC were all upgraded to support the space.
