Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist PCS team with project buyout, following PCS handoff meeting.
- Ensure execution of all subcontracts and vendor purchase orders in a timely fashion, and receipt of all associated compliance documentation prior to commencement of work.
- Track and update the overall project owner milestone schedule on a monthly basis, or more frequently as required by the project demand or client request.
- Ensure timely submission and tracking of construction RFI’s in coordination with project Superintendent, notifying project stakeholders of any applicable time extensions or cost impacts.
- Maintain project material procurement log, track and issue all submittals to the A/E team for review.
- Review monthly subcontractor and vendor invoices, code and submit to accounting for processing.
- Submit monthly owner invoicing, and applicable project-specific reporting for payment approval.
- Maintain project change orders (both subcontractor SCO’s and owner OCO’s) in a timely manner, so as to not delay the project or cause risk to the project budget.
- Report project potential delays or major cost impacts immediately to division leadership.
- Update project budget monthly, and report Cost-to-Complete health of the project to division leadership.
- Maintain positive working relationships with project stakeholders including but not limited to - subcontractors, vendors, tenants, landlords, developers, and Architectural and Engineering firms involved in the work.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of Commercial Project Management experience in a related field.
- Degree in Construction Management or related practice.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications, Bluebeam Revu, DocuSign, and Phoenix.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
